Dr. Jennifer Kirk is the national discipline lead of risk assessment at Arcadis Canada. She is an environmental toxicologist and microbiologist with over 20 years of experience in environmental risk assessment, including PFAS risk assessment. Michel France is the Canadian PFAS services lead and a senior environmental scientist with Arcadis. He has over 10 years of experience in contaminated site assessment and remediation with a focus on emerging contaminants. Michel supports Arcadis’ project teams in the advancement of PFAS investigations and the development and implementation of PFAS remediation and risk management strategies at various industrial, municipal, and federal sites across Canada.
