With a career spanning both public service and corporate leadership, Helen brings a blend of policy insight and operational expertise to her role. At Sage Foundation, Helen leads a global team dedicated to empowering underserved entrepreneurs and equipping the next generation with the skills they need to thrive. Helen is a passionate advocate for social equity and believes in the transformative power of human connection. Her leadership philosophy is grounded in the belief that the solutions to society’s most pressing challenges lie in the resilience and creativity of nonprofit leaders and the generosity of engaged citizens. Before joining Sage, Helen held roles in the U.K. government, including positions in ministerial offices at the Cabinet Office.
